Dr. Almasry has to be the most kind & genuine doctor out there. She will make sure you are taken care of and heard, no matter what you may be dealing with. Her kindness and empathy level is 10/10. I’m very grateful to have her as my doctor!

I spoke with the Rep Samuel and he was so kind and helpful, I was able to get an appointment super fast. I recommend this office as they are very attentive. I am a front desk rep as well and know the importance on how calls are handled and Samuel was amazing.

I needed a new PCP asap. I called Grace Medical and spoke with Samuel. He was extremely professional and such a great help for me. Samuel, the phone receptionist, makes it easy to change appts. I have had very good experience with his help. Also, I needed help when I had COVID before a holiday weekend. Dr. Almasry made sure that I had the prescriptions for the medications I might need if the condition progressed, when I might not be able most easily to get help. When I needed to go to Urgent Care for a follow up, the provider who served me there commented on what a great doctor I had, in reference to how Dr. Almasry had planned ahead for what might have come up for needed care.

His kindness and patience in assisting me with my needs are truly appreciated.
